After all, all the hype regarding the Paleo diet focuses on how easy it is to adopt.
A lot of people make a big deal of the fact that people can easily switch into a Paleo diet and stay on it. Well, unfortunately, making a promise is one thing, actually keeping it is another. The first thing that you need to worry about is food availability. Not all food, obviously, are Paleo compliant, the problem with food availability is that most people cannot live on burger patties day after day. Sure, you may be able to get away with it the first week but let me tell you, after eating burger patties day after day, it’s going to get old really quickly. The worst part to all of this is that you can’t use wheat or sugar rich condiments to liven up the flavor.
You have to make sure that the way you adopt the Paleo diet positions you for maximum food availability. Put simply, it must not take a long time or require you to exert a tremendous amount of effort for you to get your hands on Paleo compliant food. This is easier said than done.

Problem #3: Selection
As I mentioned above, few people can eat burger patties every single day. Do yourself a big favor, make sure that you insist on a maximum amount of selection, as far as snacks, appetizers, salads, and other meal items from your Paleo recipe book. Otherwise, you’re going to go crazy from the boredom of eating the same stuff day, after day, after day. If you are able to fix the selection issue, you will be able to permanently adopt the Paleo diet and turn it into the Paleo lifestyle. Once you reach that stage, weight loss is pretty much permanent.
