Paleohack Cookbook Review

Now, you may be scratching your head after reading the title of this article. You might be thinking, I thought that the Paleo diet was already easy. Why is this article talking about the diet being easy after fixing three problems when the diet already is easy? Believe me, I understand where you’re coming from. After all, all the hype regarding the Paleo diet focuses on how easy it is to adopt.

A lot of people make a big deal of the fact that people can easily switch into a Paleo diet and stay on it. Well, unfortunately, making a promise is one thing, actually keeping it is another. While it is true that it is very easy to start the Paleo diet, it’s very hard to finish the diet. Staying on is the big challenge of this weight loss system.

Time and time again, people start a diet. They achieve amazing results, but after a few weeks, they end up going back to their old eating habits. People, after all, are creatures of habit. It’s very hard for us to break old patterns. It’s very hard for us to change our thinking in a fundamental way so that we no longer go back to how we used to do things.

Believe it or not, if you’re trying to be healthier or if you’re trying to change your lifestyle is you can lose weight, your body is going to rebel against you.  Now, that sounds crazy. I know that sounds like the stuff of science fiction, but it’s true. Your body is used to doing things a certain way. It’s used to a certain level of calorie intake, as well as a certain range of calorie sources.

Now, if you change your eating habits and patterns, all that is going to be interrupted. All the patterns that you’re used to are going to be turned upside down, and guess what? Your body is not going to be happy. Your body, instinctively, will try to go back to the way it used to be. This is why people who try one diet after another eventually end up failing.

The failure rate for weight loss systems, weight loss products, supplements, machines, what have you, is quite high. That’s the reason why the global weight loss industry is a multi-billion dollar industry that continues to explode at a rapid pace with no signs of slowing down. It’s a multi-billion dollar business and fueling that growth rate is the fact that people cannot adopt a diet, do it properly, and stay on it forever. That’s just not going to happen.

This is why the Paleo, diet despite all the hype and big promises of its promoters and backers, as well as early adopters, can be quite difficult. Let’s just get that out of the way. Let’s put that on the table. The Paleo diet can be quite difficult if you don’t know what you’re doing.

If you’re just going to jump in with both feet and hope for the best, let me tell you, the chances of you failing are quite high. The chances of you joining the ranks of people who get on the diet and then end up weighing more than they started the diet is quite high. So if you want to do yourself a big favor and actually stay on the diet, make it easier on yourself by fixing the three problems below.

Three key problems of the Paleo diet

The three key problems that you’re going to have to look straight in the eye and overcome are food availability, prep time, and selection. If you’re able to make headway against these challenges, then chances are quite good that you will not only be able to successfully switch to a Paleo diet but you will make the Paleo diet an integral part of your lifestyle.

Put simply, you’re going to adopt it for life. Sounds good, right?  Because if you want the weight to come off and stay off permanently, you have to transition from somebody looking to adopt some sort of diet or some sort of fad weight loss solution to somebody who actually changes his or her own lifestyle. Make no mistake about it, going on a diet is very different from changing your lifestyle.

Unfortunately, a lot of people who adopt the Paleo diet system are clueless to this. This is why they don’t benefit from it. If you are serious about saying goodbye permanently to that spare tire that you’ve been lugging around for many years now, listen up. The Paleo diet works. It’s really is a miracle. It can be a lifesaver. It has changed a lot of people’s lives drastically. And you can be one of those people.

You just have to make sure that you address the following problems when you adopt the Paleo diet. Otherwise, you’re probably better off not adopting the diet. Seriously. You’re probably better off not starting. If you don’t want to be disappointed, if you don’t want to be discouraged, don’t start, seriously. Because let me tell you, if you fail on that diet, you’re going to get fatter. The weight that you lost initially will come back and you’re going to pack on more pounds.

It really can be a soul crushing experience. This is why you need to firmly address the following three key problems to the Paleo diet.

Problem #1: Food availability

The first thing that you need to worry about is food availability. Not all food, obviously, are Paleo compliant, the problem with food availability is that most people cannot live on burger patties day after day. Sure, you may be able to get away with it the first week but let me tell you, after eating burger patties day after day, it’s going to get old really quickly. The worst part to all of this is that you can’t use wheat or sugar rich condiments to liven up the flavor.

You have to make sure that the way you adopt the Paleo diet positions you for maximum food availability. Put simply, it must not take a long time or require you to exert a tremendous amount of effort for you to get your hands on Paleo compliant food. This is easier said than done.

The good news is if you use the right recipe book like the Paleohacks cookbook, this is easier than you think. It really all boils down to planning out the proper meal plan, having a lot of selections, while at the same time, keeping a laser focus on Paleo dietary guidelines.

Problem #2: Prep time

Most Americans simply don’t have time. You are a very busy person. You probably want to do a lot of things with your time. There are many obligations, duties, and responsibilities competing for your time. You know this. Most people know this. This is the kind of busy lifestyle most Americans live.

If you were to throw into the mix the typical prep time for Paleo foods, you got yourself a non-starter. You may be able to hang on to it and keep up for a few weeks, but eventually, your schedule will get the better of you and you will bounce out of the Paleo diet. You simply ran out of time. It simply became too inconvenient for you to stay on.

What’s more convenient? Getting a bag of fries at McDonald’s, or slaving over some chicken breast casserole at home? The answer should be a no-brainer. This is why it’s really important to make sure that you find only Paleo recipes that don’t take a lot of time to prepare and cook.

A lot of people confuse prep time with cook time. They think they’re one in the same. No, they’re not. There are many Paleo recipes that don’t take long to cook. The problem is they often take a lot of minutes to prepare. Do you see how this works? So you need to look for Paleo recipes that require as little prep time as possible.

Problem #3: Selection

As I mentioned above, few people can eat burger patties every single day. Do yourself a big favor, make sure that you insist on a maximum amount of selection, as far as snacks, appetizers, salads, and other meal items from your Paleo recipe book. Otherwise, you’re going to go crazy from the boredom of eating the same stuff day, after day, after day. If you are able to fix the selection issue, you will be able to permanently adopt the Paleo diet and turn it into the Paleo lifestyle. Once you reach that stage, weight loss is pretty much permanent.
